These cherries are easy and fun to make. I used my favourite 0.75mm hook and size 8 crochet cotton thread.

Here are few photos of the process:

The green stem/leaf part is made as one piece in 5 steps

78E18A8C-D3FD-4C6F-BC72-2D81281A238DStep 2: make a first leaf: ch13, sc into second ch from hook, sc in next ch, hdc in each of next 2 sts, dc in each of next 3 sts, hdc in each of next2 sts, sc in next st and make 4sc into next st (2 from one side and 2 from opposite side), continue on the opposite side: sc in next st, hdc in each of next 2 sts, dc in each of next 3 sts, hdc in each of next 2 sts, sc in next, skip a st and ss into first sc of a round; ch1 and ss through the central part across the leaf; finally, ss around (in the back loop only) the edge, making ch2 on tip of leaf
