- big: 1.75mm hook and size 3 crochet cotton thread
- little: 0.4mm hook and an ordinary polyester sewing thread
Abbreviations: (US crochet terms)
- ch=chain
- st/sts=stitch/stitches
- ss=slip stitch
- sc=single crochet
- 2sc=inc=increase (2 single crochets in the same st)
- dec=invisible decrease (insert hook in the front loop of the next 2sts, yarn over, pull through first 2 loops, yarn over and pull through both loops)

- (make tail) sc in each of next 6sts, ch1, skip 24sts, sc in each of next 2sts, dec, sc in each of next 2sts, fasten off, close off the opening
- (make neck&head) holding as shown in picture (tail from left), insert hook in 4th st , counting from tail and rejoin yarn, sc in same st and sc in each of next 3sts, dec twice across tail, sc in each of next 20sts and ch2 (26+2)
- skip 10st, sc in each of next 8sts, inc, sc in each of next 7sts, dec over ch2 of previous round (18)
- sc, sc, dec, sc in each of next 8sts, dec, sc, sc, dec (15)
- *dec, sc, sc, sc* repeat around (12)

Fasten off and close off the opening. Stuff. Using a needle close off the opening
Wings (x2): make a magic ring, work in rows, ch1 and turn after each row
- 5sc into magic ring, ch1 and turn
- 2sc in each st across, ch1 and turn
- sc in each of next 4sts, 2sc in each of next 2sts, sc in each of next 4sts, ch1 and sc across (make approx 7sts)
Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing
