Crocheted Vegetables (corn and pumpkins)

US crochet terms
ch=chain, ss=slip stitch, st=stitch, sc=single crochet, 2sc=inc=increase, dec=decrease

size 8 crochet cotton thread, 0.75mm hook (an ordinary polyester sewing thread and 0.4mm hook for micro veggies)

Pumpkin 1 (small):  with orange, make a magic ring, work in rounds, stuff as you go
1. 6sc into magic ring, join with ss (6)
2. ch1, 2sc in each st around, join with ss (12)
3. ch1, *sc, inc* repeat around, join with ss (18)
4. ch1, *sc, inc, sc* repeat around, join with ss (24)
5. ch1, *inc, sc in each of next 3sts* repeat around, join with ss (30)
6. ch1, sc in each st around, join with ss (30)
7.-10. repeat round 6.
11. ch1, *dec, sc in each of next 3sts* repeat around, join with ss (24)
12. ch1, *sc in each of next 2sts, dec* repeat around, join with ss (18)
13. ch1, *dec, sc* repeat around, join with ss (12)
14. ch1, dec around, join with ss (6)

Pumpkin 2 (big):  with orange, make a magic ring, work in rounds, stuff as you go
1. 6sc into magic ring, join with ss (6)
2. ch1, 2sc in each st around, join with ss (12)
3. ch1, *sc, inc* repeat around, join with ss (18)
4. ch1, *sc, inc, sc* repeat around, join with ss (24)
5. ch1, *inc, sc in each of next 3sts* repeat around, join with ss (30)
6. ch1,  *sc in each of next 3sts, inc, sc in next st* repeat around, join with ss (36)
7. ch1, sc in each st around, join with ss (36)
8.-11. repeat round 7.
12. ch1, *dec, sc in each of next 4sts* repeat around, join with ss (30)
13. ch1, *sc in each of next 2sts, dec, sc in next st* repeat around, join with ss (24)
14. ch1, *dec, sc in each of next 2sts* repeat around, join with ss (18)
15. ch1, *sc, dec* repeat around, join with ss (12)
16. ch1, dec around, join with ss (6)

Corn:  with light yellow, make a magic ring, work in rounds with the wrong side out, close off each round with ss, stuff as you go
1. 5sc into magic ring, join with ss (5)
2. ch1, 2sc in the 1st st, sc in each of next 4sts around, join with ss (6)
3. ch1, *sc, inc* repeat around, join with ss (9)
4. ch1, *sc in each of next 2sts, inc* repeat around, join with ss (12)
5. ch1, sc in each st around, join with ss (12)
6.-10. repeat round 5. (make more rounds for bigger/longer corn)
11. ch1, dec around, join with ss (6)
change colour (green)
12. ch1, *dec, sc* twice, join with ss (4)
13. ch1, sc in each st around, join with ss (4)
Fasten off, close the opening and weave in loose ends and add green ”leaves”

Leaves: with green
*ch11, ss in 2nd ch from hook, sc in each of next 8, 3sc in last ch, sc in each st from opposite side, ch2 and ss across the centre of the leaf, ch1
repeat the steps above (starting from *) to make another leaf (I make 3 leaves)
